After two decades working in extremely stressful and demanding jobs in the media industry, ten years of which producing news and documentaries, Karen has seen first hand the impact that stress, long working hours, grabbing food on the go, drinking too much alcohol, smoking, feeling overwhelmed and living a life of indulgence can have on energy, sleep, weight and wellbeing.
