Iwona is a fully qualified Nutritional Therapist and Naturopath. She was trained in Naturopathic Nutrition and Naturopathy at the College of Naturopathic Medicine in London, which she finished with Distinction. Iwona is also a member of The Association of Naturopathic Practitioners (ANP) and registered with the General Naturopathic Council (GNC). As part of her 3 years of training she did 200 clinical hours under supervision of Naturopaths and Nutritional Therapists and attended various Nutrigenomics seminars to gain knowledge how to apply Nutrigenomics in practice.
Iwona has pursued her interest in applying the growing knowledge of genetic variability in the context of the individual who wants to optimize their health or get to the root causes of their health issues. Her ability to combine the genetic possibilities with your symptoms, produces individualized protocols that give your body the support it needs to heal. Iwona is also combining knowledge in Nutirgenomics with interpretation and application of Dutch test in clinical practice.

Having experienced a host of hormonal conditions including estrogen dominance herself, she can totally relate to such problems and armed with the latest research, functional testing and personal experience, she is able to help women balance their hormones and alleviate the unwanted symptoms they are experiencing.
Iwona also understands how diet, stress and poor sleeping patterns may impact overall health and is able to help individuals make appropriate dietary and lifestyle changes to manage stress levels and improve sleep. Having witnessed the impacts that a busy lifestyle can have on health, she can help those wanting effective protocols that are based on the most up to date scientific research.
